There are occasions when survey respondents are invited to have their names and contact information forwarded to clients for various purposes. Clients may ask respondents about new or innovative products that they may create; respondents may be asked if they wish to receive follow-up information on the new products when they appear.
Respondents may be invited to participate in client-managed panels to provide ongoing feedback on various products, services, or on the brand itself.
Respondents may be invited to participate in future surveys for our client or their advertisers and business partners.
Respondents may be invited to receive special offers of various kinds from clients and their business partners.
We may request that those who ask to learn more about Signet Research, Inc. and its offerings volunteer contact information that includes but is not limited to: first and last name, title, email address, phone number, industry, organization name, and types of information desired.
Signet Research, Inc. will never sell contact information to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes. We may store voluntarily-submitted contact information in internal databases, however, contacts have the option of opting out of receiving any materials that we send, including newsletters, webinar invitations, and email blasts. In all communication with individual clients and prospects, we maintain strict confidentiality. We may use stored website analytics and browsing data to support internal research and optimize our business operations, but we will never disclose any of this data –or any related identifying information –outside of these functions, without express user permission. Study ResponsesThe purpose of market research is to collect opinions from consumers in the service of illuminating marketing and market trends and helping businesses develop better products and services in response to customer needs. Data which pertains to a specific study is the property of Signet Research, Inc. and the client who sponsored the study. Signet Research, Inc. will not share client-sponsored study data with any clients other than the client who sponsored the study in question. Data collected during studies is the sole property of Signet Research, Inc. Signet Research reserves the right to include this data in company publications including but not limited to blogs, email blasts and printed marketing materials.
